Returns & Exchanges

At Zukasi, we like to make sure that you receive highly quality watches that you will love to wear. If, however, there is any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for exchange only.

Unfortunately, the shipping costs for the original purchase and the return cannot be refunded. We must also state that we reserve the right not to accept a return. Any damages to the product upon return will result in a repair fee on the part of the customer. If the entire watch is to be replaced, a restocking fee will need to be paid. 

Zukasi follows a stringent quality control on all orders but warranty is available. All our products come with a 12-month movement warranty as of the day you receive your watch. This warranty covers any defects brought about from manufacturing. This warranty allows free repairing of the watch movement. This warranty does not cover casing or the straps.

Please note that we will not accept any liability for any damage or loss caused by transportation of the product. Also note that any damage caused by accident, neglect, any attempts at self-repair or wear-and-tear will not be covered. The returns or exchanges will need to shipped back at the customers own cost.

We stay true to our promise of providing a high quality service and are more than willing to work with you to ensure that your experience with Zukasi is of the highest order. Our policy is firm and will be exercised. 

A further note: Please note that all items on sale, pre-sale and custom orders are excluded from our policy and will be considered final sale.
